AMIANTIT WINS CONTRACTS TOTALING SAR 116,250,000 TO SUPPLY PIPES FOR WATER NETWORKS IN THE KINGDOM

Dammam, News Item – Recent contract wins by Saudi Arabian Amiantit amount to SAR116,250,000, Of this amount, SAR79,250,000 is for supplying ductile steel pipes, with diameters ranging from 100 to 600 millimeters, manufactured by Amiantit’s Sadip factory in Dammam for three separate contracts: a project worth SAR45,000,000 that will supply water from Busaita'a to Turaif; an infrastructure rehabilitation and replacement project in Madinah worth 15,500,000; and a SAR18,750,000 project to transport water from farms in Al Kharj to the Industrial City in Riyadh.

In addition, a contract for the sewage water project in Jeddah, worth SAR 17,000,000, was awarded to Amiantit’s SACOP concrete pipes factory in Jeddah.

Saudi Arabian Amiantit also supplied fiberglass pipes worth SAR20,000,000 for the Ministry of Water and Electricity project in the Eastern Province.
